By accessing or using CompetitiveOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CompetitiveOS is a competitive intelligence platform that enables AI agents to research competitors and store structured data. The Service includes a web dashboard, an MCP server for AI agent integration, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or workspaces
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal AI agent usage
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you or your AI agents create within the Service. CompetitiveOS does not claim ownership of your competitive analyses, data points, or insights.

6. Service Availability

CompetitiveOS is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Plan Limits and Billing

Free and paid plans have usage limits (competitors, analyses, dimensions, users). Exceeding plan limits may require upgrading. Payment terms for paid plans will be communicated when payment integration is available.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompetitiveOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
