About CompetitiveOS

CompetitiveOS was born from a simple observation: every product team knows they should track competitors, but almost nobody does it consistently. The reason is always the same — it's tedious manual work that gets deprioritized.

Spreadsheets get stale. ChatGPT conversations disappear. Nobody remembers where that pricing data came from. And when it's time to make a strategic decision, the team is working from outdated information or gut feeling.

The Vision

CompetitiveOS flips the model. Instead of humans collecting data and AI summarizing it, AI agents do the research and humans make the decisions. Every data point is structured, every source is linked, and every change is tracked.

The goal is to make competitive intelligence as easy as asking your AI agent: "Research this competitor's pricing and compare it to ours." And getting back structured, verified data — not a wall of text.
